I would love to win your DVD even though I have one of my own I would give it to a friend who is wanting to start making your rugs. She is going through a tough time right now and it would be the perfect gift for her. |

I am looking for something to keep my mind preoccupied as I am experiencing a very "empty nest".
My one and only daughter is departing for college to RI for which I am thrilled for her but will miss her terribly. She and I have always enjoyed trying new crafts together over the years and I thought since she is starting something new college I would like to try this new craft. |

Last year I was looking for something new to make for Christmas gifts for my family. I stumbled across an ad for your rugs in a magazine and knew I found the perfect gift! I have made several, but not so sure I did them right. I would LOVE to win the dvd, so that I can follow along and know I am making them correctly. |

I bought two of your kits and the rugs turned out great! I used scraps and made a rag rug to use under our dog water bowl. I would like to make more rugs, but find a BIG problem. The rugs slip and slide, which could present a falling hazard. Any one have a solution? |

I soooo need to win this DVD I bought my rug kit a while back and I keep taking it out because it starts to resemble a bowl lol I always thought it would be so very nice to own and make my own ragrug but right now I just have a pile of rags:. I did make a phone call and had a wonderful conversation with a very nice enthusiastic lady but I am still doing something wrong and I look forward to completing it in the future |

I made one of your terrific rugs a couple of years ago but the outcome was "interesting" to say the least. Hopefully, the kit will help the finished product look like a rug! I know I can do this!! I love your rugs! |

I would love to win one of the beginner kits. I've been thinking about crocheting with fabric, but it seems like a lot of work to get the fabric ready, and expensive to buy the things needed to crochet rag rugs. I am disabled and have been since 1995 and my husband lost his job 2 years ago and we just don't have the extra money now to do anything, for sure not for me to just TRY a new craft. It looks lovely, makes gorgeous rugs though. Thanks for the site, even if I don't win. Keep it going. |

I've practiced on sheets and I finally have it down. I'm having a ball! The rugs are really cute, even from old sheets. I'd love to win a kit to make one worthy of posting a photo of! Making these little rugs are truly theraputic. Lora makes it very easy. Thank you Lora! |

I ordered my first kit about 2 years ago and since then, I've been going to the Goodwill store finding old sheets and other items that I can use to make rugs. It takes some work getting the cloth ready, but it is so rewarding when I get another one finished. I LOVE them!! Thank you for introducing me to rag rugs. It reminds me of when I was a very young girl and a close family friend taught me how to braid rugs. She purchased the wool, cut it and then ironed every piece of it. They were a lot of work, but so beautiful. These rag rugs are so much quicker and easier to make and I think of her every time I work on my rag rugs. Thank you. |
