I had never crocheted before, and was hesitant to try, but I wanted to make a rag rug. I ordered the DVD kit, and was able to make a beautiful rug!!! DVD is very easy to follow.

Hi there. I made your beautiful teal colored rag rug and love it. I did notice that there is a small difference from the under side to the upper side, but was reassured by your quick e-mail response back to my question that this is ab solutely normal. I was very pleased as I did not really want to take it ALL apart and try agian. By the way I love making rag rugs. I find it very relaxing.

I have anyways wanted to make a rag rug but I am hesitant as I am not a crocheter. I am constantly looking at your website and admiring the kits and wanting to order one. I know that I definitely need the DVD.

Lora...first THANK you so much for getting me started on rag rugs. I've crocheted for over 40 years and this was so much fun and different. I LOVE it. And, your kit, with DVD was excellent. You have my recommendation to any and all new customers!!!! Shipping was fast, pattern was easy and instructional video was EXCELLENT. Thanks again!!! And, you live very close to me. I'm in maryville missouri.....not far at all!! Midwesterners are the best crafters!!! My husband has cancer and this new project is a God send. I spend many hours now in chemo rooms, hosptial rooms or at home just being a care giver. This is a project that can go with me along with my other standbys.

I too would love to win the DVD or better yet, a kit to make some new rugs. My home was recently damaged by Tropical Storm Lee and I lost several of the rugs.....I still have problems with the corners of the rugs and have that puff in the middle...I took the rugs apart several times, but I am doing something wrong.....but I love the fall colors so I was using my rugs anyway.....please choose me to make up for Lee!

I so need to win this DVD! I really want to learn how to make rag rugs, table runners and placemats! I need to take a leap of faith and just get started. I know that I will need the DVD as I have never crocheted. Also, I am thinking about a loom, but I need to know more basics before I bite off more than I can chew! I have my fingers crossed that I will be one of the lucky winners!

I do indeed need the DVD. I orderd the rag rug kit thinking I would remember how to crochet after an absence of 30 some years, but I seem to be starting over too often. However, I love even trying and looking forward to a completed rug one way or another. I Love Lora's websight.

I had seen your ad in the Country Sampler for a while and always wanted to give it a try. I ordered the kit in the Navy shades and watched the DVD through when I got it. It looks super easy and I can't wait to get started. My Mom use to braid wool rugs, so I'm anxious to do this and show her, carrying on a new tradition hopefully! Thanks!

I am looking for something to keep my mind preoccupied as I am experiencing a very "empty nest". My one and only daughter is departing for college to RI for which I am thrilled for her but will miss her terribly. She and I have always enjoyed trying new crafts together over the years and I thought since she is starting something new college I would like to try this new craft.

I soooo need to win this DVD I bought my rug kit a while back and I keep taking it out because it starts to resemble a bowl lol I always thought it would be so very nice to own and make my own ragrug but right now I just have a pile of rags:. I did make a phone call and had a wonderful conversation with a very nice enthusiastic lady but I am still doing something wrong and I look forward to completing it in the future
